Founded in 1979 by Dave and Colin with just a beat up acoustic guitar and dreams of glory. Dave wrote the lyrics and Colin wrote and arranged the music. Marti on bass and the amazing Helen on vocals were soon recuited. When the talented Angus joined on drums the line-up was complete.

We played a few gigs in Bearsden and the Glasgow Student Union but never hit the heights of our schoolmates in Del Amitri!

Live in the Attic performed in the notorious Glasgow garret in Abbey Drive. Scene of many a drink and drug fuelled party and cigarette smoke so thick it was part of the studio sound!
Allisdhair the Archivist is to be thanked for recording the songs so competently that, even some 40 years later we can produce near studio recordings with the old tapes.
